Qualifications

• Experience: 2 to less than 3 years

Responsibilities

1. Prepare and submit reports
2. Recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
3. Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and oversee safety of operations
4. Establish work schedules and supervise activities of workers
5. Train staff or arrange for training sessions
6. Requisition materials, equipment, and supplies
7. Set up machines and equipment
8. Recommend personnel actions
