Minimum Requirements

• Experience as a Production Supervisor while being employed with a low volume metal equipment manufacturing company where you oversaw welding lines
• Experience with tracking efficiencies and downtime and its effect on daily production
• Experience with: ISO, Lean manufacturing

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the daily production within the plant
• Examines key performance indicators and communicates with the team their success. Also communicates area for improvement.
• Participates in daily production meetings, employee development and employee retention
• Ensures that everyone works in a safe manner
• Overall responsibilities for delivery performance, scrap and rework
