We are currently looking for a Production Supervisor position which supports and supervises assigned activities as they relate to the production employees in our Asbury Park facility. The anticipated annual salary starts at $53,000 and is commensurate with experience. In addition, HCSC offer the following to all full-time employees:

What you will be doing:



  • Oversees departments to survey work process, employees & equipment operation ensuring safety and quality standards are met

  • Enters employee payroll information and production scores via computer

  • Communicates production issues to management

  • Supervises, orients & trains employees




What you will bring to the role:



  • A minimum of a High School diploma or GED is required with 3 years of supervisory or management experience. Associates or Bachelors degree preferred.

  • Union environment experience preferred.

  • Excellent communication (verbal, written, and listening), organizational, and time management skills; bilingual (English/Spanish) is a bonus

  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities and ability to quickly solve complex issues.

  • A passion to work in a fast-paced environment and handle changing priorities to meet the needs of HCSC.




Additional information:


This position reports directly to the Production Manager and will be based out of the Asbury, NJ location. They will be responsible for working the following schedule:



  • First Shift Production - 7:00am to 4:00pm, with additional hours as needed


Successful completion of a background check and drug screen are required for this position.
