What You'll Be Doing

• Lead and coordinate daily precast production activities to meet quality and delivery targets

• Monitor and optimize workflow, ensuring safety and efficiency across all production stages

• Support and coach team members to foster a high-performance, collaborative environment

• Troubleshoot production issues and implement continuous improvement initiatives

• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
