Schedule: 12-Hour Shift - 7AM to 7PM or 7PM - 7AM, (Continental Schedule 3-2-2-3)

Reports to: Business Unit Manager
Salary range: To be discussed, depending on experience
YOUR ROLE AS THE PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR:
As a Production Supervisor, you play a key role on the floor. A hands-on leader, you are responsible for the day-to-day management of operations in your area. You help drive productivity, quality, health, and safety goals, while ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and company standards.
You are accountable for your team’s performance and work in collaboration with other departments to optimize efficiency. You also support your team’s growth: developing skills, encouraging positive behaviors, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Responsibilities- Plan and coordinate activities based on priorities and available resources
- Monitor key performance indicators (speed, yield, rejects, labor) and take action to improve results
- Ensure compliance with GMP, quality standards, safety regulations, and internal procedures
- Support your team, solve issues as they arise, and maintain smooth operations
- Collaborate across departments to prevent losses and minimize downtime
- Coach and develop team members’ skills and capabilities
- Promote a healthy and safe work environment; respond to incidents and proactively manage risks
- Prepare for and participate in internal and external audits
- Manage your area’s performance and conduct team evaluations
- Apply disciplinary measures in line with company policies, fairly and respectfully
- Communicate clearly, engage your team, and ensure smooth transitions between shifts
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts and participate in optimization projects
Qualifications- Minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment (food, cosmetics, or pharmaceuticals are a plus)
- Bilingual – fluency in both spoken and written French and English
- Comfortable using digital tools and systems
- Strong leadership skills and a coaching mindset
- Adaptable and able to manage stress effectively
- Team-oriented with a collaborative spirit
- Results-driven with a strong attention to quality
- Able to quickly and efficiently solve problems
