Rainbow Greenhouses is a family-owned business since 1985. We have grown from a one-location greenhouse to one of the largest greenhouse operations in Canada. We recognize the significant role everyone on our team plays in the success we have and hope to achieve.

What You’ll Do

• Lead collaborative efforts with production teams to evaluate workflows, identify inefficiencies, and implement innovative solutions aligned with business goals.
• Utilize data analysis and process mapping tools to drive informed decision-making and measurable improvements in productivity and quality.
• Take ownership of process change initiatives: from design through execution, training, and performance monitoring.
• Deliver hands-on coaching and training to team members, ensuring successful adoption of new procedures and best practices.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of improvements and provide daily/weekly reporting and insights to leadership.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, quality, and regulatory standards during all operational changes and implementations.
• Collaborate with other department leads to drive improvements across all areas of the facility.
• Demonstrate initiative and flexibility by taking on additional duties as assigned in support of business needs.

You’ll Thrive Here If You Are

→ Previous Lead hand or Supervisor experience

→ Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and timelines

→ Familiar with Microsoft Office and production-related software; skilled in data entry and analysis.
