Job Summary: Reporting to the VP Operations, the Production Supervisor will play a vital role in overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of our shop. The successful candidate will supervise tradespeople, foster a positive work environment and prioritize work to be completed. Focused on shop safety, the Production Supervisor will have previous technical experience in an industrial shop or manufacturing plant and be able to easily answer customer questions and diagnose and troubleshoot challenges.

QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE:
- Technical or vocational training in a machining, mechanical, fabrication/welding field
- Proven experience, with a strong understanding of manufacturing systems and repair procedures (10+ years)
- Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role, preferably in a shop or manufacturing environment (5+ years)
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Strong knowledge of shop equipment and tools, including diagnostic equipment and hand tools, and machine diagnostic techniques
