Ssswny is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead daily manufacturing operations in Tonawanda, NY. This full-time, permanent role focuses on building teams, improving processes, and meeting production goals with a hands-on leadership style.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in manufacturing with supervisory experience in a fast-paced, make-to-order environment, capable of managing people, schedules, quality, safety, and productivity.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of manufacturing experience with supervisory responsibilities.
• Experience leading teams in a fast-paced, make-to-order environment.
• Ability to manage people, production schedules, workflow, quality and safety.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and develop a team of production employees.
• Coordinate daily workflow and allocate labor to meet production goals.
• Develop and monitor daily production schedules.
• Track work orders, labor, materials, quality, safety, and on-time delivery.
• Monitor production performance and key performance indicators.
• Review production reports and follow up on issues or discrepancies.
• Provide coaching and performance management to employees.
• Manage attendance and address performance concerns.
• Troubleshoot equipment and coordinate with maintenance as needed.
• Promote a safe, organized, and productive work environment.
• Participate in workplace inspections and incident investigations.
• Support recruiting, onboarding, and training of staff.
• Communicate production updates and issues to management.
• Support continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives.

We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to lead daily manufacturing operations at a growing production facility in Tonawanda. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands‑on manufacturing leader who enjoys building strong teams, improving processes, and ensuring production goals are consistently met. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of manufacturing experience and strong supervisory experience, preferably within a made‑to‑order manufacturing environment. This person should be a strong leader who can effectively manage people, production schedules, workflow, quality, safety, and productivity in a fast‑paced environment.

What You'll Do

• Lead, supervise, and develop a team of production employees
