Our client is looking for a Production Specialist for a Long Term Contract in Toronto, Ontario, Canada (Onsite). Below are the detailed requirements:

Responsibilities :
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent, with a minimum of 9+ years of relevant experience.
- Support process by managing transactions according to required quality standards.
- Field all incoming help requests from clients via telephone and/or emails in a courteous manner.
- Document all pertinent end user identification information, including name, department, contact information, and nature of the problem or issue.
- Update own availability in the RAVE system to ensure productivity.
- Record, track, and document all queries received, problem-solving steps taken, and resolutions.
- Follow standard processes and procedures to resolve client queries.
- Resolve client queries as per the SLA’s defined in the contract.
- Access and maintain internal knowledge bases, resources, and FAQs to aid in effective problem resolution.
- Identify and learn product details to facilitate better client interaction and troubleshooting.
- Document and analyze call logs to identify trends and prevent future problems.
- Maintain and update self-help documents to speed up resolution time.
- Escalate serious client issues to the Team Leader when necessary.
- Ensure all product information and disclosures are given to clients before and after calls/emails.
- Deliver excellent customer service through diagnosis and troubleshooting of client queries.
- Provide product support, guiding users through solutions and navigating product features.
- Troubleshoot client queries in a courteous and professional manner.
- Maintain logs and records of all customer queries.
- Accurately process and record all incoming calls and emails.
- Offer alternative solutions to retain customer business.
- Communicate effectively and follow up with scheduled callbacks.
- Build capability to ensure operational excellence and maintain high service levels.
- Undertake product trainings and stay current with updates.
- Participate in team trainings and knowledge sharing.
