Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted advisor and technical expert for customers, collaborating with sales teams to develop and implement production print strategies.
  • Contribute to achieving revenue goals for production print and professional services.
  • Assess pre-sales opportunities, expand professional services, and software solutions.
  • Demonstrate customer solution value through proofs of concept.
  • Analyze customer business needs and processes.
  • Develop solutions recommendations and proposals.
  • Coordinate with the Implementation Team on resourcing and staffing for implementation.
  • Innovate new techniques and plans to grow the production print business.
  • Achieve or exceed sales targets within your territory.
  • Manage sales activities and opportunities using CRM systems.
  • Support trade shows, customer presentations, and related activities.

Qualifications

  • 4-year degree preferred or equivalent experience.
  • 2-4 years of experience in production print solutions or sales.
  • Strong knowledge of production hardware, services, and solutions.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% within your market.
