The Production Scheduler will be responsible for expediting multiple projects of varying complexities throughout the entire project life cycle (raw material through shipping), be the conduit for production-related communications between shop floor and management regarding schedule, inventory, and quality issues. The goal is to ensure the smooth and cost-efficient flow of our production operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Actively monitor jobs and corresponding physical work center locations in real-time.
  • Maximize efficiency by moving finished goods out of the work centers to the next operation and expedite, as necessary.
  • Consult with Team and record time duration of when a project will complete.
  • Ensure all jobs have been correctly completed through every step of the process on Report discrepancies.
  • Assist in meeting shipping goals as defined by the Production
  • Audit completeness and accuracy of information that is entered into Job Boss in a timely manner, prior to moving parts to the next operation/department.
  • Aid in providing accurate daily reporting of production status, schedules, updates and corrections taken to resolve Physically track jobs and/or parts in the manufacturing facility for status updates.
  • Identify appropriate equipment, and raw materials needed to meet or exceed production
  • Supports 5-S and adheres to health, safety and environmental company

Required Qualifications

  • Technical Expertise - MS Excel skills related to managing a production Working knowledge of Job Boss (shop Boss) or similar ERP software.
  • Manufacturing Operations - Production control & inventory control experience (expediting and material handling) would be a plus. Experience within an Aerospace manufacturing job-shop
  • Collaboration & Communication - Proven ability to work across teams, including engineering, quality, and customer support. Experience hosting in-person and online meetings related to production scheduling and tracking.
  • Regulatory Compliance - Understanding of ITAR, AS9100/ISO 9001 standards, and applicable aerospace regulations.
  • Problem Solving & Analysis - Strong analytical skills, with ability to troubleshoot and drive resolution in fast-paced settings.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience supporting NASA, DoD, or Tier 1 aerospace customers.
  • Including Pivot table generation, VLOOKUP formula use, creating and managing Excel workbooks, using Queries to pull real-time data from the ERP server.
  • A basic understanding of CNC machining capabilities and Composite bonding assemblies is a plus related to understanding work center assignments for scheduling purposes.

Type: Full Time

Business Hours: Monday thru Friday 7:00am to 3:30 pm / OT and some Saturdays as required.

Base Salary Range: $19.00/hour to $28.00/hour

Base Location: Ontario, CA.

Travel: None.
