In Cyber Data Risk & Resilience (CDRR), we deliver first-line defenses to manage Cyber and Fraud risks to ’s technology, operations, and information. This allows the business to operate and grow in a secure and compliant manner.

As Identity & Access Management System Reliability Experts (SRE) Team, we are the first line of defense in cybersecurity, overseeing the development of Identity & Access Management controls platforms for Business, Technology, and Privileged Access Entitlements. These platforms manage the lifecycle of users’ entitlements, authorization, and digital identity.

What would I be working on?

We are growing our team globally. It’s a unique opportunity to work on leading-edge projects leveraging the latest technologies such as Cloud solutions and Analytics. The candidate should have knowledge of web programming, Java, Python, Databases, SQL, and Reporting. They should be capable of creating automated test suites and running SDLC / automated deployments.

The role requires someone who is self-motivated, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, a quick learner, and comfortable working across numerous technologies. The ideal candidate takes ownership of critical problems and works through the full project lifecycle from problem analysis to successful, timely delivery of solutions.

As the firm adopts a top-down Agile / DevOps transformation, the candidate would be a core member of an agile team. A strong interest in understanding the business will also contribute to the candidate's success.

Role and Responsibilities :

• Managing critical incidents and ensuring all key management and business stakeholders are kept informed.
• Ensuring Production Management is closely aligned with the Agile software development process and that our code meets production standards.
• Communicating effectively and taking ownership of issues.
• Reducing support costs through operational issue elimination, automation, development of operational tools, and driving client self-service to minimize constraints.
• Managing incident calls and coordinating multiple teams to resolve impactful outages.
• Identifying and prioritizing technical debt that risks stability or causes operational waste.
• Analyzing business processes to identify automation opportunities.
• Developing, testing, and deploying automations.
• Integrating automation solutions with existing systems and infrastructure.
• Monitoring and troubleshooting automation issues.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
• Being comfortable with DevOps, Agile, Scrum, and SRE principles.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of four to five years of industry experience in Software development.
• Strong development skills in Java for building medium to large-scale, multi-threaded applications.
• Knowledge of scripting in Python and Shell Scripting.
• Experience with Web Programming and REST / SOAP services (API).
• Database experience in SQL queries and with DBs like Sybase or Snowflake, including reporting.
• Experience creating automation test suites, SDLC, and automated deployments.
• System knowledge of Unix / Linux and infrastructure setup such as load balancing.
• Experience with Ansible, GitHub, or similar tools for configuration and release management.
