Job summary

PixMob, a Montreal-based company, is seeking a Director of Projects - Production to oversee end-to-end execution of live event productions. You will guide project planning, resource allocation, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure on-time delivery and client satisfaction.

The role requires 7–10 years in project management or production, strong budget and leadership skills, and bilingual proficiency in English and French.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an administrative field or related area.
• 7–10 years of experience in project management or production in events, AV, or creative contexts.
• Strong budget, planning and leadership skills; ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Project & Operations Management: coordinate cross-functional teams, plan and optimize production, allocate resources, and ensure on-time delivery.
• Financial & Strategic Management: manage budgets, track expenses, and contribute to service model evolution and strategic planning.
• Human Resources & Freelance Management: oversee freelancers and ensure policies comply with HR and Finance standards.
