Responsibilities

1. Perform on-site maintenance and repairs for production print equipment.
2. Diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize production downtime.
3. Conduct regular inspections and implement preventive maintenance procedures.
4. Install, configure, and calibrate production print machinery for optimal performance.
5. Collaborate closely with clients, delivering outstanding customer service and support.
6. On-site service of MFPs.
7. Maintain parts and call management as well as accurate records to achieve KPI targets.
8. Responsible to learn new technologies, maintain accurate records, and assist other team members as required.
9. Seeks opportunities to improve territory parts budget and inventory control.
10. Perform other relevant duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

1. Demonstrated experience in servicing and repairing production print machinery.
2. Proficient in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting within a production print environment.
3. Familiarity with a variety of production print technologies and systems.
4. Exceptional communication skills and a strong customer service orientation.
5. Ability to work independently and adapt to diverse client environments.
6. Network Skills: Install and troubleshooting of basic printing and scanning solutions.
7. Must be positive, outgoing, self-motivated and committed to building and maintaining strong customer relations.
8. Travelling within Canada. Candidate must provide & maintain valid travel documents at own expense.
9. Own vehicle and possess valid insurance with appropriate coverage and a valid driver’s license in good standing.
10. Standby and afterhours work may be required.
11. Training may require afterhours travel and stay overs including weekends.
