Job summary

Groupe M7 group is seeking a Production Planning Intern (Winter 2027) in Quebec, Canada. You’ll join the Enduride team to collaborate with planning and production teams under the Senior Director, contributing to scheduling, planning tools, and document preparation.

This internship is a full-time winter position with learning through hands-on shop-floor exposure. You’ll gain practical experience in production planning, coordinate with multiple departments, and support delivery date communications

Qualifications

• Be a student in industrial engineering, operations management, or a related field.
• No specific experience required; strong interest in manufacturing and operations.
• Proficiency with planning tools and files; ability to prioritize and stay organized.

Responsibilities

• Help with scheduling and planning orders.
• Update planning tools and files.
• Prepare and issue work orders and approve bills of materials (BOMs).
• Prepare production documents: drawings, pick lists, and production schedules.
• Monitor the progress of ongoing work and communicate priorities.
• Help determine and communicate delivery dates.
• Help track delays and discrepancies.
• Participate in follow-up meetings related to planning and client requests.
• Be present on the shop floor to understand production realities and help solve problems.
