The Production Planning Coordinator supports the Master Production Schedule (MPS) by coordinating restoration activities, parts movement, quality inspections, and production priorities across multiple shop areas. Working closely with Production, Procurement, Stores, Quality Assurance, Material Handling teams, and the Client, this role helps ensure materials and work progress efficiently to meet production deadlines. The position also provides administrative support for internal rework tracking through the Ontario Northland Liability Material Exception Form (ONRL MEF) process and assists the Production Planning Manager with planning and reporting activities.
