Job description

We are seeking a Production Planning Analyst to report to the Team Leader, Production Planning, within a dynamic multi-sector team under the S&OP director. This position is based in Sherbrooke with a flexible schedule of 50% work from home and 50% in-office work. You will play a key role in supporting the organization’s growth by guiding decision-makers to balance internal market demand, capacities, inventory, and financial objectives at BRP.

Responsibilities:
  1. Collaborate with the Global Planning team to develop an optimal global production, market, and inventory plan.
  2. Continuously adapt and optimize the production plan to meet market demands, considering operational constraints.
  3. Propose strategic solutions for various challenges throughout the year.
  4. Develop long-term capacity scenarios to identify future focus areas and capacity investments.
  5. Prepare reports, summaries, and presentations to communicate strategies and facilitate decision-making.
  6. Maintain strong collaboration with supply chain stakeholders.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor’s degree in administration, operations management, or related fields.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a large manufacturing organization.
  • Strong analytical skills and a process improvement mindset.
  • Results-driven with a focus on key performance metrics.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and high-quality executive communication.
  • Business acumen to maximize sales and inventory results regionally.
  • Effective networking skills across regions and remote sites.
  • Influential with stakeholders across functions and levels.
  • Bilingual in French and English, or unilingual English for daily communication.
