Job Responsibilities

1. Liaise with Warehouse Managers/Team Leaders and other departments to meet production and servicing needs.
2. Ensure a high service level is maintained.
3. Attend daily team meetings and deliver reportable figures.
4. Prioritise all orders in collaboration with Warehouse Managers/Team Leaders.
5. Maintain organisation and ensure all production paperwork is accurate and up to date.
6. Develop production plans and servicing schedules based on customer demands and operational capabilities.
7. Provide accurate and timely updates regarding potential delays, delivery timelines, and quality issues.
8. Collect and analyse data on production performance and team efficiency.
9. Maintain accurate reports for transparency with relevant stakeholders.
10. Provide cross-functional coverage for other roles in SCM when necessary.
11. Maintain and update Test Certification and Country of Origin information.
12. Book all types of stock onto the SAP system.
13. Create documentation for outside processing orders.
14. Liaise with the Procurement Team regarding stock needs and Goods Inwards.

Qualifications

1. Secondary education with strong numeracy and computer literacy skills.
2. Experience in manufacturing or production planning preferred.
3. Detail-oriented, industrious, and able to work under pressure.
4. Strong team player with effective communication and problem-solving skills.
5. Training or experience with SAP is preferred.
