Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain short, medium, and long-term production plans and schedules to support customer and operational requirements.
  • Assess labour, material, and production capacity to ensure efficient resource utilization and on-time delivery.
  • Analyze forecasts, demand, and production constraints to identify bottlenecks and solutions.
  • Collaborate with Production, Sales, Purchasing, and Management to align schedules and resources.
  • Provide accurate lead times and delivery dates to support quotes and orders.
  • Create, review, release, and maintain production jobs and sales orders in the ERP system.
  • Monitor progress and adjust schedules to address changing priorities and delivery challenges.
  • Maintain planning data, documentation, and ERP integrity.
  • Identify opportunities to improve planning processes and efficiency.
  • Support cross-functional activities while adhering to company policies.
