Job Description

We are seeking a Production Operator, or as we call it, an Ink Technician, to join our team. We offer a competitive starting pay of $21.50 an hour.

The role involves creating ink batches safely and efficiently. As an Ink Technician, your responsibilities include:

• Following batch instructions to weigh, change, and mix inks
• Understanding proper mixing procedures and raw materials
• Mixing batches of ink and making additions as directed
• Packaging finished products
• Operating a forklift

Qualifications

• High school diploma or G.E.D.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Basic math, communication, and mechanical logic skills
• Ability to multi-task
