Job summary

Techo-Bloc is seeking a dedicated machine operator to join our Quebec production team. You will operate and adjust machinery to meet production schedules, ensure quality and safety standards, and help maintain a clean, efficient work area.

Ideal candidates have at least one year of experience, solid mechanical skills, and a proactive, collaborative attitude. The role offers growth opportunities within our production, distribution, and maintenance teams, with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a machine operator.
• Mechanical skills.
• Understand the operation of production equipment.
• Work in a structured way (organization and planning).
• Be in good physical shape.
• Leadership, sense of responsibility, proactive.
• Ability to solve problems.

Responsibilities

• Operate all the consoles and adjust equipment components to meet production needs.
• Ensure products are produced according to the production schedule.
• Use tools and equipment and maintain the tools provided.
• Perform preventive maintenance and resolve production issues.
• Coordinate tasks within the team of 8 people and provide staff training.
• Ensure adherence to quality, health and safety procedures and that products meet standards.
• Identify issues and participate in continuous improvement to reduce root causes.
