Job Description

Position Overview: Reporting to the Production Supervisor, the successful candidate will operate the production line, manage machinery, ensure proper feeding of raw materials, resolve line stoppages, clear jams, verify product quality, and prepare products for shipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Adhere to safety policies and procedures
• Inspect raw materials and finished products for quality
• Conduct regular quality checks
• Operate manufacturing equipment according to instructions
• Operate counterbalance, propane-powered forklifts
• Record waste and downtime data
• Maintain general housekeeping
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years' experience in manufacturing or construction preferred
• Ability to stand for long periods
• Manual dexterity and attention to detail
• Ability to follow instructions
• Effective communication skills in English (reading, writing, speaking)

Physical Requirements:

• Lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly
• Wear PPE including hard hat, safety footwear, glasses, hearing protection, and gloves in operational areas
