Job Summary

Responsible for the safe and environmentally compliant operation of all equipment, control systems, and associated auxiliaries in an assigned manufacturing operation. The role requires the ability and willingness to work rotating shifts, including nights and holidays, and to perform scheduled and unscheduled overtime as needed.

How You Can Make an Impact
  • Conduct physical activities and mental reasoning tasks in the manufacturing of polycarbonate film and sheet products.
  • Operate computer-controlled systems, observe production processes, and record instrument readings.
  • Perform analytical testing using laboratory instruments related to temperature, pressure, volume, and weight.
  • Lifting materials, maintaining area cleanliness, collecting samples, operating forklifts, and equipment cleaning are also part of the duties.
  • Follow work processes, communicate effectively with team members, and complete job-specific training certifications.
What Matters to POLYVANTIS
  • High School Diploma, High School Job Readiness Certification, or equivalent.
  • At least six months of consistent work experience; manufacturing or extrusion experience is a plus.
  • Ability to perform essential physical requirements of the position.

Physical requirements include lifting/carrying 55 lbs, bending, stooping, twisting, crouching, kneeling, climbing, balancing, using vibrating tools, standing, and walking.

Eligibility Requirements
  • You must be 18 years or older.
  • Authorized to work in the United States for POLYVANTIS on a full-time basis.
Work Schedule
  • 7-day rotation including days, evenings, and midnights.
  • Start times at 8:00 am, 4:00 pm, and 12:00 am.
  • Includes holidays, weekends, and operates 24/7, 365 days a year.
Starting Pay Rates
  • Operator: $25.36 per hour.
  • Shift Premium: 15% for evenings, midnights, and weekends.
