Job summary

Ice River Sustainable Solutions is seeking a Production Operator in Ontario. You will operate production machinery, safely handle forklifts, and follow plant and food safety procedures.

You will contribute to quality control, record keeping, and meeting production goals within a team. The role requires standing up to 12 hours and embracing a fast-paced environment, with comprehensive benefits and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Forklift or heavy equipment experience is an asset.
• Work independently and in a small team in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to stand for up to 12 hours.

Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery.
• Safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment as needed.
• Follow plant safety and food safety procedures.
• Conduct routine cleaning to keep area and equipment in good order.
• Maintain production records and reports for quality control and tracking.
• Monitor product quality with inspections and adjustments as needed.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet goals.
• Follow SOPs and guidelines for production processes.
• Adhere to all safety guidelines to prevent accidents.
