As our next Machine Operator, you will assemble and inspect products, following standardized work instructions. Your expertise in CNC operations, precision measurement, and quality compliance is essential for maintaining safe, efficient production aligned with Johnson Electric’s quality standards and continuous improvement culture.

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Operate CNC machines with skill and precision.
  • Interpret GD&T and engineering drawings for accurate production.
  • Use precision measuring instruments for inspection.
  • Troubleshoot issues with various materials.
  • Maintain attention to detail and uphold quality standards.
  • Follow safety requirements, including WHMIS.
  • Read and follow production sheets for accurate parts manufacturing.
  • Collaborate positively with plant personnel.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
What We’re Looking For:
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Post-secondary education in a related field (asset, not required).
  • Ability to interpret measuring systems and process sheets.
  • Strong safety, attendance, quality, and production record.
  • High-accuracy math skills.
  • Ability to work independently or in a team.
  • Multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
Bonus Points If You Have:
  • Prior CNC operation experience.
  • Familiarity with SPS, 5S, and CI activities.
  • Experience in high-temperature or noisy environments.
