Job summary

XYZ Reality is building the next generation of wearable AI systems for construction. This role sits at the boundary of AI research and production engineering, spanning dataset management, model training, evaluation and deployment.

You’ll collaborate with Computer Vision, Navigation, Embedded Software and Cloud teams to ensure scalable, reliable ML infrastructure and continual learning across the product lifecycle, helping global projects perform with greater accuracy.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in ML engineering or related role.
• Degree in computer science, AI or software engineering; Master’s preferred.
• Strong Python and PyTorch experience.
• Experience with production ML pipelines and end-to-end lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable infrastructure for training and deploying ML models.
• Develop distributed training pipelines and reproducible environments.
• Create experiment tracking, versioning and model registry capabilities.
• Build automated benchmarking and validation pipelines.
• Manage large-scale dataset ingestion and labelling workflows.
