Join Our Team as a Production & Manufacturing Team Member!

Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for manufacturing and production? Do you thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy working with advanced equipment and technology? If so, we’d love to connect! We’re always looking to connect with motivated individuals interested in joining our production and manufacturing teams.

Shifts: 6am-6pm, 6pm-6am

Schedule: 2-2-3, 4 on/4 off, Sunday - Tuesday and every other Saturday or Wednesday - Friday and every other Saturday.

Wage Range: $23-$27/hour based on experience. $3.00 per hour shift premium for nights!!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Production Operations: Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment to ensure efficient and safe operations.
  • Quality Control: Conduct inspections and tests to ensure products meet quality standards and specifications.
  • Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues with machinery and equipment to minimize downtime.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of production activities, including output, equipment maintenance, and quality checks.
  • Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Process Improvement: Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production processes and efficiency.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve production goals and deadlines.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment is preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in operating and maintaining production machinery and equipment.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to think critically.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
  • Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and work in various environments.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications or licenses in production or manufacturing are a plus.
