Base pay range

CA$70,000.00/yr - CA$100,000.00/yr

The Mullings Group Search Canada is seeking a Production Manager for Marketing Impact Ltd. We are looking for a skilled and motivated Production Manager to oversee and coordinate the activities of a high-volume production team engaged in developing custom displays and POP merchandising.

Reporting to the Director of Operations, the Production Manager should demonstrate high energy, inclusive leadership, deep technical skills, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.

This position is based on-site in Concord, Ontario.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of production lead hands, ensuring adherence to processes and timelines.
• Train and mentor new employees on equipment operation, safety protocols, and production standards.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and manage requisition of materials and supplies to meet production schedules.
• Evaluate materials and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Collaborate with the production team to troubleshoot issues and improve processes.
• Monitor production performance and prepare reports for management, highlighting areas for improvement and success.
• Ensure a safe working environment, adhering to all safety regulations and best practices.
• Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to enhance product development and operational efficiency.

Qualifications
