Job Description:

The Production Manager's primary responsibility is to provide an exceptional customer experience by leading and managing workflow through effective workforce utilization. This role is crucial in maintaining quality standards in the repair facility and ensuring delivery targets are met, aligning with team members to achieve KPIs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan
  • Plan daily production schedules to maximize efficiency and meet cycle time goals
  • Lead production meetings to communicate priorities
  • Perform in-process quality checks to meet standards
  • Address quality issues or delays promptly
  • Conduct final quality inspections before vehicle delivery
  • Perform other duties as assigned

The Production Manager ensures vehicles are repaired on time, exceeding quality expectations and customer needs.

Education and Experience
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience in collision repair or similar role
  • Minimum 3 years of experience
Skills and Abilities
  • Self-motivated with decision-making skills
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment with multitasking
  • Strong time management to meet deadlines
  • Leadership and team direction skills
  • Ability to interpret vehicle estimates and work orders

Additional Requirements
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Physical ability to bend, crouch, reach, handle tools, and lift over 50 lbs
