What You'll Be Doing
- Lead and coordinate daily production activities to ensure safety, efficiency, and quality targets are met
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize plant performance and reduce downtime
- Collaborate with maintenance, quality, and logistics teams to ensure seamless operations
- Monitor and analyze production data to identify trends and implement corrective actions
- Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and team development

- Proven ability to lead and motivate teams in a fast-paced industrial environment
- Strong understanding of production processes, equipment, and safety standards
- Skilled in problem-solving, decision-making, and process optimization
- Effective communicator with the ability to collaborate across departments
- Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence
Work Environment
This role is based in a dynamic, hands-on industrial setting. It requires regular presence on the production floor, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and the ability to respond to operational needs in real time.
