What you’ll do
It’s an exciting moment to join our Brand team. We are continuing to grow and nurture our Small is Mighty brand platform, bringing it to life in ways that ignite imagination, deepen connection, and shift what’s possible for child health.
In this newly created role as Production Manager, you’ll be at the heart of delivering our creative work, bringing structure, flow, and clarity to a high-performing and high-volume, multi-disciplined team. You’ll oversee creative production and workflow management across the department, ensuring we’re delivering impactful work that’s on time, to specification, and to scope. From capacity planning and production execution to asset management and vendor coordination, you’ll be the key to keeping projects moving with a keen eye on the quality of work being delivered. You will help the team run efficiently and sustainably, ensuring the delicate balance of big picture focus with the details that matter.
Reporting to the Creative Director, you’ll lead and manage the production process across our creative and marketing teams - playing a critical role in how we bring ideas to life, from concept through to execution.

Ensuring that kids receive the best health care imaginable is no small task, therefore taking care of our team is a top priority. To help you power the possible and to support you in your health, well-being, and career growth, in additional to competitive compensation, we offer perks like a hybrid work environment (minimum of two days per week in office) and nine-day fortnight schedule, generous vacation, topnotch health and dental benefits, a defined benefit pension plan, and a commitment to professional development.
The hiring range for this position is between $81,770 and $91,000. At BCCHF, we are committed to ensuring that compensation is fair and equitable. Your placement in the salary range will be determined by your experience, relevant skills, and qualifications as they relate to this role.
Please note that all team members of BCCHF are required to complete vulnerable sector criminal record check as a condition of employment.
