Atlas Structural Systems is a manufacturer specializing in the design and manufacture of pre-engineered structural systems for commercial and residential construction projects in Eastern Canada. Our integrated roof, wall, and floor systems offer proven quality and provide a great deal of benefit and value. Our Atlas location in Saint John is looking to fill the role of Production Manager that oversees two shifts with a growing operations.

Responsibilities

  • Assists on maintaining consistent daily production output regardless of complexities of individual projects.
  • Responsible for ensuring employee safety, producing quality products, and using resources efficiently.
  • Communicates information and priorities to the team.
  • Lead team by following procedures and demonstrating safe work behaviors.
  • Work alongside the team to assemble wood components depending on project needs.
  • Meet or exceed production targets.
  • Manage employee performance, identify training opportunities, and develop talent to align with future business requirements.
  • Support the Plant Manager in business growth and operational development.
