Atlas Structural Systems is a manufacturer specializing in the design and manufacture of pre-engineered structural systems for commercial and residential construction projects in Eastern Canada. Our Atlas location in Saint John is looking to fill the role of Production Manager that oversees two shifts with a growing operations.

Responsibilities

• Assists on maintaining consistent daily production output regardless of complexities of individual projects.
• Responsible for ensuring employee safety, producing quality products, and using resources efficiently.
• Communicates information and priorities to the team.
• Lead team by following procedures and demonstrating safe work behaviors.
• Work alongside the team to assemble wood components depending on project needs.
• Meet or exceed production targets.
• Manage employee performance, identify training opportunities, and develop talent to align with future business requirements.
• Support the Plant Manager in business growth and operational development.
