Position Description

The ideal candidate brings a wealth of knowledge and leadership within the production environment, combined with the proven ability to guide and nurture a diverse team of production personnel. The Production Manager will be responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient production processes. This includes managing a team of production personnel, troubleshooting production issues, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

The successful candidate will demonstrate adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced production setting, using their leadership and coaching abilities to motivate and develop their team.
