Job summary

Aetherion Technologies is seeking a Production & Logistics Associate (Shipping, Receiving & Assembly) for a six-month contract. This role supports both production and warehouse operations, assisting with assembly, shipping/receiving, material handling and inventory movement.

You will join a hands-on, team-oriented environment focused on safe, efficient manufacturing. Candidates should be able to lift and stand for long periods, follow work instructions, and adapt to overtime or weekend

About the Role:

Aetherion Technologies is seeking a Production & Logistics Associate (Shipping, Receiving & Assembly) to join our team on a six-month contract. This role plays a key part in supporting both production and warehouse operations by assisting with assembly activities, shipping and receiving processes, material handling, inventory movement, and general operational support.

The successful candidate will contribute to a safe, efficient, and organized work environment while ensuring materials and products flow smoothly through the manufacturing process. This position requires a hands‑on individual who enjoys physical work, pays close attention to detail, and works well in a team‑oriented environment.

Minimum Qualifications

• Ability to perform physical work, including lifting, standing, bending, and repetitive tasks for extended periods.
• Basic reading and comprehension skills to understand work instructions, shipping documents, and safety procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes accurately.
• Willingness to work flexible schedules, including overtime and weekends as required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, shipping/receiving, or industrial environment.
• Experience using hand tools and assembly equipment.
• Familiarity with inventory control and material handling practices.
• Knowledge of workplace safety procedures and personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Forklift certification or experience operating warehouse equipment is considered an asset.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

• Follow all company policies, procedures, quality requirements, and safety standards.
