Job summary

Sibelco in South Windsor Ontario is seeking a Production Line Worker for the 1st shift (Mon-Fri, 5am–1:30pm). You will help keep operations running smoothly and safely on a fast-paced production line, supporting material sorting, equipment checks, and clean work zones.

Ideal candidates are reliable team players with good communication, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn. The role includes PPE, 5S cleanliness, and a strong safety mindset while contributing to quality and efficiency.

• Sort and process materials on a production line (may require standing for extended periods)
• Perform routine checks on optical sorters and screens to ensure product quality
• Clean designated work zones including conveyors, platforms, and floors
• Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE
• Maintain a clean and organized work area (5S standards)
• Identify and report material or equipment issues to supervisors
