Job summary

Job Connection in Mississauga, Ontario, is hiring for a full-time production associate. Pay rate is $18.00/hour with a training period, and a regular schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday–Friday, after onboarding. Qualifications

• Experience in production, packaging, or warehouse roles is beneficial but not required.
• Attention to detail to inspect products and identify quality issues.
• Physical ability to perform repetitive tasks and safely stack finished goods.
• Personal attributes: reliable, punctual, motivated, detail-oriented, able to work independently or in a team.
• Language: Basic English required; Mandarin, Cantonese, Vietnamese, or Tagalog skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Inspect finished products on the production line to ensure quality.
• Assemble boxes and apply product labels.
• Maintain production logs and records as required.
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe, and perform general cleaning.
