Job summary

Job Connection in Mississauga, Ontario, is hiring for a full-time production associate. Pay rate is $18.00/hour with a training period, and a regular schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday–Friday, after onboarding. Qualifications

• Experience in production, packaging, or warehouse roles is beneficial but not required.

• Personal attributes: reliable, punctual, motivated, detail-oriented, able to work independently or in a team.
• Language: Basic English required; Mandarin, Cantonese, Vietnamese, or Tagalog skills are a plus.

Job description

Pay Rate: $18.00/hour. Location: Mississauga, Ontario (Hurontario St. & Hwy 401). Employment Type: Full-Time. Work Schedule: Monday–Friday.

Hours

• Training: 9:00 AM–5:00 PM.
• Regular Schedule: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM once the employee requires less supervision.

Job Responsibilities

• Production Line & Quality Inspection: Inspect finished products on the production line to ensure they meet quality standards. Perform routine quality checks, pack products efficiently, and stack finished items safely.
• Box Making & Labelling: Assemble boxes and apply the appropriate product labels.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate production logs and records as required.
• Housekeeping & Cleaning: Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe. Perform general cleaning duties as needed.
