Production Lead/Warehouse Manager

Responsibilities:

1. Manage & Execute the production processes, including equipment setup
2. Manage & Execute the shipping & receiving processes
3. Manage the warehouse, maintaining efficient storage of stock, parts and tools
4. Coordinate with installers to meet installation requirements and timelines
5. Conduct quality checks to ensure completed products meet company standards and customer expectations
6. Maintain accurate production work orders
7. Collaborate with other departments to resolve any issues or concerns that may arise during the installation process due to product quality
8. Collaborate with management to improve production processes
9. Train and mentor production staff, providing guidance and support as needed
10. Implementation and Management of LEAN strategies in a production setting

Experience:

1. Experience in warehouse management an asset
2. Strong technical knowledge and understanding of assembly processes and procedures
3. Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings, diagrams, and schematics
4. Exceptional problem-solving abilities with a focus on finding practical solutions
5. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with team members, clients, and vendors
6. Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work
7. Experience and demonstrated desire to implement LEAN manufacturing processes

Pay: $25.00-$28.00 per hour
