Strescon presently has two facilities: 70,000 sq.ft. in Saint John, New Brunswick and 50,000 sq.ft. in Bedford, Nova Scotia.

In addition to our precast facilities, Strescon opened a state of the art, 32,000 sq. ft. pipe plant in 2001, manufacturing concrete products for engineered drainage systems, such as pipe, manholes and catchbasins.
We are seeking a Lead Hand to join our Bedford Precast Plant team. This will be a Working Team Lead role as they will be working alongside the crews to complete the tasks. Reporting to the Plant Superintendent, the Lead Hand is responsible for providing daily leadership, direction, and support to production employees while actively participating in plant operations. This role is critical to ensuring a safe, productive, and quality-focused work environment.
