Qualifications

  • Knowledge with GPP and GMP preferred.
  • Previous experience in manufacturing packaging environment.
  • Good hand/eye coordination for manual functions.

Production Inventory Associates are responsible for cleaning, assisting in order fulfilment, and movement of materials and ensuring labels are compliant and applied. The incumbent also performs final checks for defective items, ensure all working items make it to the loading area or inventory, and keep detailed records of materials and shipments.

Work Schedule: Monday to Thursday – 6:00am – 4:00 pm

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Ensure safe work conditions and practices as outlined in the company Safety, Health & Environmental policies.
  • Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) for Good Production Practices (GPP).
  • Label, excise and package products according to SOPs.
  • Examine and inspect containers, materials, and products in order to ensure that packing specifications are met.
  • Maintain an on-hand inventory of packaging supplies and ensure it is sufficient to meet the demand.
  • Clean and sanitize packaging rooms and equipment in compliance with SOPs.
  • Participate in Inventory Counts, as needed.
  • Perform all duties according to SOP, GMP and all other established safety standards and company policy.


Qualifications

  • Knowledge with GPP and GMP is preferred.
  • Previous experience in a similar role within a pharmaceutical or manufacturing packaging environment.
  • Interpersonal skills are required for daily interactions with shop floor personnel.
  • Manual functions require good hand / eye co-ordination.
  • Position requires standing, lifting and walking throughout the day.
  • Lifting up to 60lbs.


Working Conditions

  • This is a greenhouse working environment, which may have continuous exposure to heat, light and humidity.
  • Manual functions require good hand / eye co-ordination.
  • Position requires standing, bending, lifting, and walking throughout the day.
  • May be required to work on weekends and during holidays, from time to time.
