Job summary

Inland Metal Mfg. (1994) Ltd. is seeking Production Helpers to join our HVAC sheet metal manufacturing team. No experience required; we provide full on-the-job training and a stable, full-time role.

You will assist with manufacturing, read specs, operate tools safely, and contribute to a clean, collaborative shop floor. Starting wage is $17.50 per hour with a wage increase after 90 days; Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• Grade 10 or equivalent education is required or equivalent.
• Reliable and able to attend work consistently.
• Ability to read measurements and use basic measuring tools.
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
• Able to work in a manufacturing environment.
