We're hiring a Production Flow & Control Manager to oversee our production planning and materials control processes. If you have experience from a Tier 1 or OEM background and enjoy solving complex flow challenges, this role is built for you.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Leading production planning, scheduling, and inventory management
  2. Collaborating cross-functionally with procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and engineering teams
  3. Managing ERP/MRP systems to ensure accuracy and real-time data
  4. Optimizing material flow, reducing bottlenecks, and ensuring on-time delivery
  5. Tracking KPIs (OTO, inventory turns, schedule adherence) and implementing process improvements
  6. Mentoring a team of production planners and analysts

Qualifications:

  1. 5+ years in production control, planning, or operations within a Tier 1 or OEM
  2. Leadership and effective cross-functional communication skills
  3. Background in Lean, JIT, or Six Sigma is preferred
