Fix Auto in Salmon Arm is seeking a Repair Planner to join our busy Collision Center!

This is a full-time, permanent position where experienced candidates can expect to earn between $60,0000 and $80,000 annually.

Job Duties :

  • Assess damage on vehicle once the vehicle has been dismantled.
  • Determine the priority of tasks within the scope of the repair order.
  • Complete and submit repair order supplements to insurance companies for work authorization.
  • Ensure necessary parts are ordered and available for the time of repair.
  • Maintain constant communication with Estimators and Body Technicians to ensure vehicles are fixed quickly and accurately.
  • Work closely and collaborate with Insurance Partners, Technicians, and other team members to maximize efficiency, productivity and enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Monitor and maintain quality standards for all repairs by collaborating with your team.
  • Other duties as required.

Ideal Requirements :

  • A minimum of 3 years experience in Automotive Collision Estimating or Repair Planning is preferred
  • Detail-oriented and demonstrates superior quality in all work produced.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
  • A team player with a positive attitude who is able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • High School Diploma and valid Driver’s License are required.
