About Us:

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Optimize new and existing production processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

  • Responsible for checking and validating production shop drawings for fabrication.

  • Provide training and oversight to junior engineers (E.I.T), interns, floor level operators and drafters.

  • Collaborate with both internal and external project stakeholders to ensure constructability and feasibility of items being produced.

What Are We Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Structural/Civil Engineering with EIT or P Eng. certification

  • Strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and strong attention to detail.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

  • Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD).

  • Ideal candidate will have minimum 2 years of related precast or other manufacturing experience.
