PRODUCTION EMPLOYEE

We are currently seeking energetic and hardworking candidates to join our production team. This position involves general cleanup, physically handling and lifting materials in both sawmill and planer production environments. General Production Cleanup offers significant growth opportunities, where motivated individuals can train and excel in various areas across the site.

The ideal candidate must be available to work various shifts (days, afternoons, and graveyard) from Monday to Friday and should be able to work both independently and as part of a team. A strong work ethic, good physical condition, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are essential, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Must be available to work various shifts – days, afternoons & graveyard (Monday to Friday)
• Ability to work safely and efficiently, independently or in a team environment
• Must be in good physical condition
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
• Valid Class 5 Driver's License
• Must follow safe work practices and procedures
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• May be exposed to weather elements
• Knowledge of the lumber manufacturing process is an asset
• Preference may be given to those with OFA-Level 3 certification
