We are responsible for designing, adapting, and producing creative assets to support marketing activities. These assets will align with brand, banner, and campaign values and adhere to production guidelines within SOPs. The Production Designer commits to developing their design and production skills continuously and to optimizing team capacity for speed, accuracy, and top-tier quality.

Here’s where you’ll be focusing :

  • Design, create, and interpret seasonal brand elements to support campaigns and events; prepare and present concepts for review and approval; produce final digital files for printing or digital use.
  • Design and execute in-store signage supporting all banners, adhering to workflow SOPs for POS, digital, social, and flyer channels; produce proofs, amend files as needed, and distribute final files.
  • Attend client briefings, collaborate with internal stakeholders, attain soft approvals, and work cross-functionally with team members.
  • Coordinate with the Photography Studio for digital image needs when required.
  • Manage workflow, prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, support project tracking, and maintain documentation; handle multiple projects simultaneously and participate in meetings and approvals.

What you have to offer :

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in graphic design, art, or related discipline.
  • Two or more years of professional graphic design experience, preferably with a creative or marketing agency; portfolio required.
  • Proficiency in Mac-based programs, Adobe Creative Suite, After Effects, and HTML5.
  • Experience with print, digital, and interactive design.
  • Excellent design and creative skills.
  • Strong knowledge of print production and digital media.
  • Ability to support brand guidelines.
  • Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, After Effects) and responsive/interative design software; experience with HTML/CSS for web/social workflows.
