Job summary

Publicis Canada is seeking a Production Designer to apply design sensibility to campaigns across digital channels. You will collaborate with senior creatives, art directors and copywriters to execute campaigns and maintain high quality standards while meeting deadlines.

With 2–5 years in digital design and a background in Graphic Design, you will use Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign along with tools like Figma, Sketch and Miro.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years digital design and interactive work experience
• Bachelor-level education in graphic design or related field
• Strong proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and modern design tools
• Comfort using Google Docs/Slides, PowerPoint and Keynote for presentations
• Experience or willingness to learn Figma, Sketch and Miro for design work
• Team-oriented with clear communication and collaboration
• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines and handle high-pressure environments
• Demonstrates artistic ability and strong attention to detail

Overview

Publicis is looking for a creative thinker with an eye for design to join our team. You will learn from other designers, art directors and copywriters and have the opportunity to work with a variety of big-name clients. Chemistry within our team is very important – Publicis is looking for an individual who is able to collaborate with people from a variety of departments: account management, project management and senior creative leads.

As a Production Designer, you will be expected to apply design sensibility to execute creative campaigns established by senior creative leads across a number of digital media channels.

• Experience or a able to learn new tools and apps used for design (Figma, Sketch, Miro)
• Able to work in a team environment
• Able to communicate creative and technical thoughts and ideas

Additional information

Salary

Transparency matters to us. The salary range for this position is CAD$55K-$75K per year. Actual compensation within this range will be based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and applicable certifications. This range reflects what we reasonably expect to offer based on current market data.
