The Role

We're looking for a highly skilled and versatile Production Designer to join our creative team. You'll be instrumental in bringing our creative visions to life, working tightly with the creative and marketing teams to deliver stunning and effective visual content across multiple mediums.

What you'll be doing:

• Lead multi-platform production: Execute amazing production skills across various mediums, taking projects from early concept to production-ready files.
• Master content creation: Confidently create and produce various forms of content. Video and motion experience is a massive plus.
• Collaborate on concepts: Partner with the Art Director to seamlessly bring creative elements together for fluid final products.
• Ensure brand consistency: Work diligently within established brand styles and guides.
• Maintain quality: Exhibit incredible attention to detail and a proven track record for meticulous quality assurance (QA).
• Organize and manage: Demonstrate exceptional file management and organizational skills, and effectively manage your own schedule and project priorities.

Who we are looking for:

• 3-5 years of experience and a strong portfolio showcasing exceptional skills in production and content creation.
• A genuine love for design : You're passionate about the craft and continuously strive for excellence in your work.
• Tech-forward mindset: The ability to keep up with, learn, and implement the latest tools and tech (including AI) that level up and optimize creative output.
• 3D experience is a massive plus.
• Proven ability to take projects from early concept through to final production files across all mediums.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
• Outstanding file management and organizational abilities.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
