In this position, you will be making a difference each day. We have a sincere drive toward the goal of helping make fire and water damage “Like it never even happened”!

Responsibilities

1. Provide excellent customer service.
2. Lead the team on-site to perform mitigation services, including water extraction, removal of affected materials resulting from fire or water damage, cleaning of affected sites, packing, and cleaning of affected contents.
3. Work closely with the management team to gather site information, lead the team, and ensure job site requirements are met.

Qualifications

• Experience in fire and water cleanup and restoration is expected.
• Must have a professional appearance and a great attitude.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.
• Willingness to participate in the 24-hour emergency on-call rotation.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
