• Minimum 1 to 2 years of retail experience preferred.
• Understanding of fabrication and production processes is required.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the Sourcing Manager in sourcing from domestic and international suppliers.
• Liaise with Responsible Sourcing to ensure vendor compliance and quality standards.
• Validate quotes against approved costing and prepare import quote sheets.
• Track and follow up on orders, shipping status, and sample approvals.
• Coordinate with the Design Team on packaging.
• Review PO inspection reports and monitor production for accuracy.

Workplace Arrangements

This role will follow a hybrid remote/onsite schedule. Applicants for this role can expect to work on-site from our Ottawa Home Office on Walkley road, 2-3 days a week for an 8-5 schedule.

What You'll Be Doing

• Support the Sourcing Manager in sourcing from domestic and international suppliers
• Liaise with Responsible Sourcing to ensure vendor compliance and quality standards
• Validate quotes against approved costing and prepare import quote sheets
• Track and follow up on orders, shipping status, and sample approvals to ensure on-time delivery
• Coordinate with the Design Team on packaging, with a focus on GT Private Brands
• Review PO inspection reports and monitor production for accuracy and consistency
• Communicate daily with overseas vendors and follow up on lab dips, bulk fabric, and shipment samples
  
  

What You'll Bring

• Post-secondary education in Business Administration (or related program); a Fashion-related degree is an asset
• Minimum 1 to 2 years of retail experience (Soft Home import production is an asset)
• Understanding of fabrication and production processes
• Strong Excel skills AS/400 experience is an asset
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
